One of the simplest ways we can strengthen collaboration is by knowing what is happening across our community. Our Community Calendar is a shared space where churches, nonprofits, child welfare agencies, and community partners can post upcoming events, trainings, support groups, fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and awareness initiatives. As organizations plan future events, this calendar also serves as a helpful tool to avoid unnecessary scheduling conflicts and create opportunities to partner together. Our hope is that this calendar becomes a central hub where the foster care community can stay connected, support one another, and celebrate the incredible work happening across North Carolina.

Monthly Prayer Meeting
At NC for FAMs, we believe that lasting change begins with prayer. The challenges facing vulnerable children and families are bigger than any one organization can solve, and we recognize our dependence on God's wisdom, guidance, and provision in every aspect of this work.
On the first Thursday of every month, we gather with pastors, ministry leaders, nonprofit partners, and child welfare professionals to pray together for children, families, organizations, and the communities we serve. These gatherings are intentionally collaborative and open to anyone who shares a heart for vulnerable families. Whether you've been serving for years or are just beginning to explore how you can get involved, we'd love for you to join us as we seek the Lord together and ask Him to unite His people for the good of children and families across North Carolina.
